Shirin + Mark at La Costa Resort

Shirin and Mark flew out from Illinois for a destination wedding at the beautiful La Costa Resort. I LOVE your hair, Shirin! You look gorgeous! All the details of the day were meticulously crafted by Rachel Welland from Bliss Events.

Joy + Brennan's Sign-in Engagement Book

You may have seen the photos from Joy and Brennan's engagement session in an earlier post, but now you can see some of the pages from their Sign-In Book. Joy asked us to do some interesting wallpaper backgrounds, in a silvery theme to match her book, bound in Silver Screen microsuede. She also wanted to mix things up, with some images flush to the edges of the page. We also did some with 'tape' holding up the images, and others with old-fashioned photo corners. The first image is the cover window,in black and white to go with her silvery cover.

Rachel and Paul's Engagement Session in La Jolla

Rachel and Paul are deciding whether to get married in San Diego or Virginia...we vote San Diego!!! They had great chemistry and I love these shots. We started at the La Jolla Museum of Contemporary Art, and walked down to the beach below. The infrared images by the museum with the 'egg' are some of my favorites. And we can't forget the Hammering Man...he has a soft spot in our hearts since the big one fell down in Seattle when we lived there. No-one was hurt...please hammer, don't hurt 'em.
