Amber & Nick's Engagement Session in La Jolla

Amber and Nick had a lively engagement session at Whispering Sands Beach in La Jolla. I love some of this infrared in particular. Two extremely nice people with great energy. I can't wait to see their wedding!

Enjoli + Brandon's Engagement at La Jolla Cove

John shot this engagement session just North of La Jolla Cove on a gorgeous day. Tons of tourists and locals out snorkeling and kayaking - do we live in an amzing place or what? This is where Brandon proposed to Enjoli, so its a special place for them too.

Aileen + Ralph's Engagement Session in La Jolla

This was a GORGEOUS day! John started shooting Aileen and Ralph up at the La Jolla Museum of Contemporary Art, and they worked their way down to the beach from there. I love the cross-process effects here, as well as the infrared. Enjoy!

Rachel and Paul's Engagement Session in La Jolla

Rachel and Paul are deciding whether to get married in San Diego or Virginia...we vote San Diego!!! They had great chemistry and I love these shots. We started at the La Jolla Museum of Contemporary Art, and walked down to the beach below. The infrared images by the museum with the 'egg' are some of my favorites. And we can't forget the Hammering Man...he has a soft spot in our hearts since the big one fell down in Seattle when we lived there. No-one was hurt...please hammer, don't hurt 'em.
