Steve+Allison's MOCA and Beach Engagement Session - Aquario Studio - San Diego Wedding Photography

Steve and Allison started off on a scooter in La Jolla and we worked our way down to the beach for some real variety in the images we were able to make. This was a really cool session, with the guys from Firefly Films tagging along for some promotional work of their own. I can't wait to see it.

Stacey+Stefan's Surf Engagement Session in Encinitas - Aquario Studio - San Diego Wedding Photography

Stacey and Stefan love to surf together at Tabletops in Encinitas, so we thought that would be a fun engagement session. Too bad some particularly nasty shark thought it was HIS tabletop a couple days before the shoot.  Stacey and Stefan were fearless though, so John had to be brave and paddle out with them. He hates blood...but he can't pass up a chance to use his underwater housing.  Shooting in the water is hard, but I think the images are really cool.
