Sarah and Marcus were married at St. Peter's Episcopal in Del Mar, with their reception across the street at L'Auberge. As always, lots of great shots on the beach and at Seagrove Park. There were lots of beautiful images with blue sky and water, but I picked out some artsier stuff for you here. Its not for everyone, but I love it.

Veronica + Nathan @ Cuvier Park - Aquario Studio - San Diego Wedding Photography
Veronica and Nathan were married right on the cliffs in the stunning setting provided by the Cuvier Park Wedding Bowl in La Jolla. The ceremony was deeply touching, and many tears were shed by all. Jane Graves was the coordinator, and her deep level of experience and caring for her clients really showed. Once again, I love the infrared treatments here.

Suzanne + Tyler @ Mary Star of the Sea and La Valencia - Aquario Studio - San Diego Wedding Photography
John and I got married in La Jolla at La Valencia way back in...well, let's just say way back. So it has a soft spot in our heart. Always elegant, historic, and yet still with a classically San Diego laid-back hacienda casualness. Combine that with a ceremony at nearby Mary Star of the Sea, and you have a colorful, soulful, truly San Diego experience. Just lovely. Note the infrared with textured overlays here. I just love them!
Jenni + Mark @ The Immaculata and Tower 23- Aquario Studio - San Diego Wedding Photography
Okay, Tower 23 is my new favorite location. Well, I've loved eating there ever since it opened, right in the middle of the Pacific Beach boardwalk. The style is sleek and modern, but the setting is casual and uniquely P.B. Beach cruisers roll slowly by, along with surfers, skaters, and roller-bladers, all half-clothed and doing that P.B. thang. Now put your wedding above it all, with a bird's-eye view of the action, waves, and sunset. To me, this is the ultimate. These shots are mainly John's, but a couple of them are by the Nate. I particularly love the horizontal one he took under the pier in glowing b&w. Looks infrared, but it's not. Thanks to Gayle Feallock at Just Imagine Weddings for making it all happen, and to Isari Flower Studio for the amazing floral pieces.
